We use different delivery channels depending of shipping location and current product demand. For all order we provide tracking number.

How long does it take for my order to arrive

Free Delivery – 12-21 day depending on time of the year and current demand. If ordering ahead of holidays, please order earlier.
Premium Delivery – Not available for every product. Takes 1-3 business days

My order won't go through. What's the problem?

If you get an error message when you order, nine times out of ten it’s because the billing address you entered does not EXACTLY match the billing information associated with your credit card. Even if you receive your statement to that address, the billing info the card issuer has on file may be different. In these cases, you have to check with the card issuer and make sure the billing info they have on file matches what you’re entering on our site. Also make sure you’ve checked your card balance, you might have insufficient funds.

How can I track my shipment?

5 days after your order is shipped, tracking number is generated and automatically sent to your email address.

Can i cancel my order before it is shipped?
